Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Returns

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Certain items such as customized products, clearance items, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • After the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout via Razorpay.

  • Refunds generally reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after necessary verification.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images for faster resolution.
